  • “Reimagine how companies take care of their people. In 2018, Benepass’s CEO Jaclyn Chen had a family member pass away suddenly. This had a huge impact on her professional and personal life. The perks she received from her company seemed inadequate. The support she needed the most, like bereavement counseling, wasn't available. The idea of catering benefits to general populations instead of the individual didn’t work. Jaclyn wanted to change that. Benepass introduced one of the industry’s first total rewards and lifestyle spending account (LSA) platforms. Today we’re the vendor of choice for 60+ clients representing 100,000+ employees in more than 30 countries.”

  • “A core element of our culture is our on-sites. We get together in person quarterly in different locations in North America (Last year, we went to NYC, Chicago, Austin, and Colorado). While we enjoy being a remote company, we also understand that nothing replaces in-person time when it comes to bonding and connecting as a team. After doubling in size over the last year, we’ve started seeing pockets of Benepeople in the same geographical location meet up in real life in areas such as Austin, NYC, and Bay Area/Sacramento.
