Celebrating each other’s culture! We love doing Radio Taiso, which is a morning exercise routine in Japanese set to some peaceful piano music. At lunch time, we will sometimes have our Japanese team member teach us how to create something out of origami . We love bringing each other snacks back from our travels, whether domestic or international and try to bring back something local. Building a diverse team in the first place! 50% of the full-time team are women. We hire people from diverse professional backgrounds.
Enjoying time together outside of work! We take care of each others’ dogs, whether it’s a last minute sleepover or maybe just a quick walk outside. As a team, we will take morning Barry’s classes (to hold each other accountable for our personal wellness goals) or spend a Saturday exploring a hike in Marin County. Some of us have even braved a triathlon together!”
