We intentionally build trust and psychological safety in our team rituals and during team retreats so that each teammate feels comfortable sharing their values, experiences, and concerns in real-time. We hold weekly 1:1’s with our teammates and make space for them to share their perspectives on how our company is doing, how we’re embodying our values, and to share feedback they have on how we can continuously improve. Our community building spans more than professional check-ins - we also hold monthly social hours and 3x/year in-person retreats with trust-building games and exercises and discussions on our community and values.”
