“We try to get together as much as possible in person - even though we are a fully remote team! So far, we have gathered in California twice, as well as twice in Dallas, Texas. We also have weekly social catch-ups with the team and share weekend pictures every Tuesday morning to stay in touch with each other’s lives. We virtually celebrate birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, and other special days. As a small team, this has looked like personalized affirmation videos created on birthdays or white elephant gifts at the Christmas party. We can’t wait to see how this evolves with time and scale.”
