“It truly feels like we are more than just colleagues. Sometimes it’s a shame that we can’t spend more time together in person, but we also love the flexibility a remote culture gives us. To foster community, we have an annual retreat called Camp Humanly to give us the in-person time we crave. In addition to that, each department has the opportunity to host their own offsite to stay connected throughout the year. On the virtual side, we have quarterly team-building activities such as escape rooms, game shows, holiday parties and more! We also have an employee-hosted lunch n learn series where employees have an opportunity to share more about their hobbies and passions.
