“Each week the team gets together for a fun "word of the day" meeting which varies in content. These calls provide an opportunity for everyone to come together in a fun and relaxing way which fosters a sense of comradery among the team. We share life events, jokes and support one another. In our short time together, we’ve welcomed two juli babies, survived several major health scares and evacuated team members from civil unrest and war. This sense of fellowship extends from each team member to their families and communities and manifests itself in their job and work results.”
