“The nature and collaborative requirements of our work necessitate that employees work in an office environment. However, we have flexible work hours and have no issue with occasional personal situations where employees need to work from home or have external appointments and commitments. Each month we have a team-building day where we go offsite and decompress from work at a sporting event, bowling or a meal and free time. Our most popular events are bowling and baseball games. This year we have three dates where we have a suite for baseball games where everyone can also invite their significant others. We also have a catered holiday party for employees and significant others every December and a BBQ/Pool Party each summer. At the office, we have a ping pong table and some cardio equipment that are popular. Our employees tend to be workaholics. We have encouraged and almost forced employees to take time off.”
