“Out of frustration, he used to be a practitioner for Goldman Sachs. He was tasked with finding a lot of security risks at Goldman. He found 100,000’s of risks and he created a new approach to tackling remediation at scale. There were 12K engineers that needed to be mobilized. Every organization is struggling with this. The security people usually can’t do any of the fixing themselves. We wanted to enable humans to do that a lot more effectively.”

“We have weekly meetups company-wide. We have game time and the team has a vote on what game they are going to play each week. They play all sorts of games once a week for 30 minutes. It brings out everyone’s competitive side. They have on-camera Zoom calls. They have semi-annual off-sites. They are going to NYC and they went to Las Vegas previously. They are doing a week-long hackathon + lots of team-building activities.”
