“Town Hall - The team gets together biweekly for a company-wide town hall. In these meetings, we recognize an employee-nominated Core Values Champion, give new hires an opportunity to introduce themselves and share what they will be working on, recognize company birthdays, and anyone celebrating is invited to reintroduce themselves to the team and share something they have been especially proud to work on over their tenure. Additionally, we share with the team any new roles that have been filled, and who will be starting in the upcoming new hire cohort and share with the team new roles that have opened up, so everyone is in the loop on how the team is evolving + positions coming down the pike.
Quarterly Engagement Events - Once a quarter, we get our team together for a virtual non-business event. In the past, these have been things like gingerbread building contests and Earth Day planting events, where supplies are shipped to our team members nationwide ahead of time. These events give us a chance to stay connected as individuals and get together without an agenda and simply enjoy each other's company.
Annual Company Retreat- Once a year we invest in getting our entire team together in person for a company offsite. This event is packed with opportunities for cross-team interaction and has opportunities for folks of all interests and lifestyles to participate.
