Company Overview
Swantide automates the set up, configuration, and management of the go-to-market tech stack, with an emphasis on CRM. Its platform sits on top of existing GTM tools and allows users to quickly implement and document changes, much more quickly than without the need for deep technical knowledge. Swantide is designed to be the simplest and most cost-effective way to get sales systems off the ground.
-
“Companies are investing a ton in managing the GTM tech stack, often without the results to show for it. For example, for every $1 spent on Salesforce licenses, $6 is spent managing it. This process is also notoriously manual, prone to error, and requires a lot of technical knowledge to do correctly. Configuring these systems correctly is essential to understanding the health of your business, and mistakes in the initial setup can lead to that data being unreliable.
Our goal is to automate the management of the GTM tech stack while enabling our customers to implement best-in-class sales operations processes, regardless of their stage.”

“As a fully remote company, we make a concerted effort to carve out time to meet in person to foster a strong culture. We have company-wide onsites at least once per quarter, and do smaller function-specific onsites when we’ve had people miss the bigger onsites.
We strive to create this inclusive environment from Day 1. We make a point of sending thoughtful gifts whenever an employee accepts our job offer, and have structured the timing of our onsites each quarter to coincide with new hires’ start date so they can meet their manager and colleagues early on in their time at Swantide.”
-
“We offer our employees the flexibility to work from anywhere, with unlimited PTO. We’ve also made a point of giving really generous health, vision, and dental insurance benefits to our employees, included at no extra cost. We also pay for company onsites once a quarter with the goal of celebrating the team’s accomplishments and doing strategic planning for the next quarter. We’ve given different team members the chance to host us in their home city, with some of our prior onsites being in Chicago, San Francisco, and our upcoming onsite in Columbus. We’ve also picked other fun destinations where the whole company has traveled, like when we visited Palm Springs back in February, which was a nice break from the cold for our team members in Chicago and New York.
As a company built on top of Salesforce, we’ll also pay for any of our employees who want to test for Salesforce certifications as part of their professional development.”
