Using our exec meeting, we regularly talk about what we're doing to continue our culture, ensuring that our teams are taking time off, are open about challenges, and are free to speak their minds. We even host virtual happy hour Fridays at various times to allow everyone around the world to exchange thoughts and build connections.”

“Our flexibility. We continue to adapt as we grow. We officially have an unlimited time-off policy, but we also realized that this can backfire, with employees scared to take time off. Leaders now actively encourage employees to take time off, pushing them to better balance work and personal life, which can be hard at a startup. For our US-based teams, we also recently agreed to observe all federal holidays, increasing the number of holidays.”
