“We have a hybrid and remote culture, but our Founder prioritizes flying in remote team members for onboarding and training and then a few times per year. We have a 10-year exercise period for our equity for employees in the company We also provide a $250 Professional Development stipend for employees' career growth and continued learning, and we have fully funded Bart/Muni monthly Commuter passes.
